Bourbon Chicken
Something different than the typical fair food. Bourbon Chicken...which is a dish named after Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. We grill fresh chicken thighs and marinate them in bourbon sauce. We are proud of the fact that we make our OWN Bourbon Sauce from scratch several times a day.
Sirloin Tip
Giant iron skillets sit on the front counter to cook and serve all our guests a meal that will fill their bellies. Everyone that walks by wants to stop and take a peek and get something to eat.
Indian Tacos

The Greek Gyro Concession is a well-established mobile food service offering traditional Greek cuisine, particularly specializing in the iconic gyro.
