Bourbon Chicken
Something different than the typical fair food. Bourbon Chicken...which is a dish named after Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. We grill fresh chicken thighs and marinate them in bourbon sauce. We are proud of the fact that we make our OWN Bourbon Sauce from scratch several times a day.
Sirloin Tip
Giant iron skillets sit on the front counter to cook and serve all our guests a meal that will fill their bellies. Everyone that walks by wants to stop and take a peek and get something to eat.

The lemons are smashed using a 100-pound pneumatic press. Many flavors can be added from Strawberry, Blue-Raspberry...to pickle Lemonade.

Why is Hawaiian Shaved Ice so good?
Hawaiian shaved ice is all about the texture and flavor. Much smaller, more delicate ice shavings absorb the flavored syrup without it pooling at the bottom of the cup. Shaved ice is never watery, the texture is light and delicate, and the flavor combinations are endless.
Hand-Dipped Onion Rings
We use fresh whole colossal onions, slice them thick, hand dip them in our homemade batter, and fry them to perfection. We also make our own dipping sauce to serve on the side, from Ranch, Hot Mustard, Boom Boom and more.
